Registrations is OPEN!

Instructions
For each single team, a new registration must be created. This applies also if your church has more than one team competing within the same sporting category. Your cooperation will greatly assist the Committee in organizing the registration data efficiently.

We recommend one registrar per church, who is in charge of registering on the behalf of all team managers and teams. This person must be aware of all teams in their respective churches.

Registration Fees
Registration fees are RM180 per team. Payment must be made before event day (06 July 2024). The committee will contact you with a confirmation email stating if your registration has been accepted, along with payment instructions.

Registrations close Sunday, 23 June 2024.

CONSENT FORM

Individual Consent Forms
Team managers, please download and print the individual consent form for all your team members aged 18 years and below to complete, when your team’s registration is confirmed. Bring it on the event day for submission. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of the individual/team. This form will be sent to you in the email receipt, and is also available for download here.
